Defective items will be replaced with the exact same model only. There are no exchanges or returns of videos or dvds, defective items will be replaced with the exact same title only. Any returns of defects must be approved in advance and must be unused items with complete packaging. Please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days to the address on your packing slip. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 30 day return period. Undeliverable or refused packages will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus shipping charges.
